"The names of My children are in the book of life,
not because they understand how to obtain My approval,
but because My Son is the One in whom I am well pleased.

"My children, put your confidence in My Son!
Rest in His righteousness.
Rest in His righteous acts and in His works on your behalf.
Let Me credit His deeds as your deeds,
for only His righteous works can cover your nakedness.
There is no other sure covering than the blood of My Son.

"Do not look to your own deeds to keep your name in the book of life,
for as your deeds could not write your name in the book of life,
neither can your deeds keep your name written there.

"My Son has engraved your name on His hands;
do not leave His hands by trusting your deeds.
Do not look to the book of deeds, but to the book of life—
My Son is your life!"

"My Love For You"

"My precious child,
do you know how overjoyed I am about you?
Do you know what it means to Me
having you as My child?

"I rejoice!
I sing songs of joy about you!
I am overcome as with wine!
And when you look at Me with your love,
I can't bear it and turn My eyes away!

"I love you not because you
are being more righteous than others,
but rather because you are precious to Me.
In fact, you are indeed just a child,
and you have no more knowledge or righteousness
than any others who claim to be My only children.
I love you even though you have very little knowledge of Me.

"My children in Adventism,
I love you dearly not because you are Adventists,
but rather in spite of being Adventists!
My love for you is secured by
knowledge greater than what you know,
and by obedience you will never be able to render.
My love for you is secured by My obedience
and by My knowledge—by My righteousness.
Your righteousness, your obedience and your doctrines
do not make Me love you any more than I love any of My children;
instead they cause you to misunderstand Me and My love.

for I am enthralled with you!
Honor your Savior alone!"

Why are you afraid of facing the truth about your errors?
Why are you clinging to dead doctrines?

"I have told you that your safety is in Me,
not in your own perfection.
I am your righteousness—
you do not need to be afraid of your unrighteousness!

"But you are afraid to let go of
doctrines created by your own hands,
and so you cannot see and rest in My hand.
As long as you cling to your rags
instead of resting in My hand and in My word,
you will remain slaves to the fear
of your doctrines being wrong,
and afraid to admit the truth about yourselves.

"Let go of your fear of being mistaken!
Look and behold the ocean of My love for you!"

"You are beautiful,
not because of how much you know
nor because of how 'right' you are,
but simply because I made you beautiful.

not because you are more special than others,
but because I am love.

to prove you are correct and are special?

of recognizing how poor, blind and naked you are?

"Do not be ashamed of your wrongness!
Do not be afraid to recognize and admit your unrighteousness.
Do not fear the existence of mistakes in your past
and errors in your beliefs.

"Not Adding Up To the Son"

"My children, you don't know that I love you whether you are right or wrong!
You are trying to convince yourselves and prove to others that I am with you,
adding up the numbers of your church members around the world,
the size of your education system and enterprises,
and the 'richness' of your church's 'heritage' and history.

"Don't you know that you do not need all of these things?
I have given you all that you will ever need on the Cross in My Son!
You cannot clothe yourselves by measuring your accomplishments!
No amount of measurement will 'prove' that I am with you
except for the Cross of My Son, Jesus Christ.

"Come into the light, My children in Adventism! Do not be afraid!
Yes, many of your 'calculations' will be exposed by the light of the gospel,
revealing the nakedness your forefathers tried to cover with new doctrines.
But if you let go of your 'proofs' at the foot of the Cross,
you will find yourselves clothed by My righteousness instead.
If you come out of the darkness, I will wrap you in the warmth of My light:
the light of the knowledge of salvation in My Son alone."

"Why are you afraid, My child?
Do you believe that I will abandon you as the world nears its end?
Do you believe that I will expect you to be perfect
and stand on your own without Me?
Who has told you these lies about Me?

"I will never leave you nor forsake you.
I am with you to the end of the age.
My righteousness covers you,
and My grace holds you safe.
I said that no one can snatch you out of My hand
because I am greater than all,
not because your perfection keeps you in My hand!

"Do not be afraid:
I am your shield!"

"The Tree of Life"

"I have called you to the tree of life—to the Cross of My Son, Jesus Christ. There is no other way to produce life and the works of love. The law cannot make you godly—it only brings you death. But what the law could not do, I did for you by sending My Son to die for your sins. Beholding His death you see not only the difference between good an evil, but you also see My love for you and My power that brings you out of darkness into the light of life.

"Come to the Cross! Come to life!"

"Delivered!"

"The Cross! The Cross! Everything you need has been accomplished for you at the Cross! I have finished everything necessary for your salvation! I have done everything necessary to bring you home to Me in heaven!

"Behold My Son crucified for you! I have declared to you My character in My Son crucified for you—I am love, and I love you! I have shown you My nature—I gave My Son to accomplish what you could not, in order to have you for Myself forever! My character is this: I love you so much—even though you are imperfect—that I gave you My Son to be your perfection for you!

"You have been delivered from your sins—on the Cross!
Believe! And I will take care of the rest."

"Veiled Beholding"

"I know you are trying to focus on Me and My righteousness. I know you want to make it all about Me in your church. But the very fact that you have to go to so much effort to make it all about Means that it is not all about Me in your church. The fact that you have to evangelize My righteousness to each other so much means that My righteousness has not been the center of your church.

"I know you want to believe that your church has always been centered on Me, but the reality is that your church has been confused from the very beginning, and the confusion in its foundation has made it difficult to see Me and what I accomplished for you on the Cross.

"And even now, although you've begun to see Me through the veil, you're still afraid of taking off the veil. You're afraid of admitting your church's confusion, the conflict inside between its teachings and the gospel, and of recognizing the truth which will take away your pride and boast. You're afraid to disrobe.

"You can choose whether you will behold Me clearly or darkly as through a veil. Call out to Me and ask Me to remove any veils keeping you from beholding Me. Lay your pride on the altar."

"I AM Your Righteousness!"

"I didn't come to teach you how to become righteous. I didn't come to show you the 'way' to become holy. I did not leave a method for you to follow in order to become like Me. Instead I AM your righteousness!

"Do you think that I ever separate from My righteousness? Do you think that I clothe you with My righteousness and then leave you to finish your walk on your own?

"No, I tell you! I am the Lord Your Righteousness, and I will never cease being your righteousness—not now, not in the 'end times', nor in the age to come. As I AM and I will forever be, I will never cease to be your righteousness. My righteousness will never separate or 'impart' to you, for I am the Lord Your Righteousness and I Myself will never leave you.

"Do you know that I am happy to give you My righteousness? Do you know I am not upset, frowning, or disappointed? It is My good pleasure to lavish My love and righteousness on you! I have not given you My grace and eternal life reluctantly! I am well-pleased with you and I love you!"

"Rest in Me"

"I am your Sabbath, in the midst of all your troubles, stresses, worries, burdens and fears. I am your Sabbath in the midst of the grief you feel because of bad things you've done and because of the sins you just can't seem to get rid of completely. I am your Sabbath in the midst of consequences you endure because of bad choices you've made and mistakes you were responsible for.

"I am your Sabbath-rest here at the Cross. I bring you rest through no effort of your own, but through what I did for you by Myself on the Cross. I bring you peace through My own love for you, not through your love for Me. You don't have to prove how much you love Me to receive My love. You don't have to get yourself 'clean' first for Me to accept you. I love you just as you are, and I will heal your broken heart and wash away your griefs with My love.

"Come, rest in Me. Rest in My love for you. I Myself am your Sabbath."

"One Righteous, One Wronged"

"I am the only truly innocent one.
I am the only truly righteous one.
I am the only one who is without sin.

"I loved you and died for you not because you were sinless or righteous,
but because you were sinful and unrighteous.

"So do not be easily offended or defensive when people say that something is wrong with your church, your people or your nation. Do not be afraid to examine yourselves and face the possibility of being wrong.

"You have nothing to fear!
I AM your innocence and your righteousness!
Do not be afraid of repentance or of being examined.
I am the only spotless Lamb you need."

"Grace Walk"

"My beloved, I am calling you to walk in the light of My grace. I am calling you out of darkness and confusion, and into clarity and purpose for your life. I am calling you to walk in My grace, knowing that I have loved you, died and risen for you, and have given you all things freely: you are accepted by Me based on My merits, not by yours. Your righteousness will never be good enough, so I have given you Mine. I have called you to be free of trying to be perfect and trying to attain My righteousness. I have called you to be free of the Law. I have called you to the walk of Grace. Come, follow Me. Be free."

"The Power of My Love"

"More than My power to make you perfect and sinless, I want you to know the power of My love which looks past your sins and imperfection to the Cross—where I took your sins and credited you with My perfection.

"More than My power to bless you with peace and prosperity, I want you to know the power of My love to give you peace in your soul and treasure in heaven.

"More than My power to remove darkness from the world around you, I want you to know the power of My love to dispell darkness from your heart.

"More than the power of My Spirit to work supernatural wonders, I want you to know the power of My love to work wonders in your heart.

"More than My power to heal your body, I want you to know the power of My love to heal the wounds of your heart.

"More than My power to move the mountains before you with your faith, I want you to know the power of My love to sustain you through anything.

"More than My power to give you whatever you ask, I want you to know that I love you and I Myself want to be your every answer."

"Paid in Full"

"Yes, I paid your debt in full! I have told you plainly—why has it been hard for you to see?

"You are frightened and scared because you have not known the Scriptures. You have been told that My words were difficult to understand and confusing at times. You have been taught that what My servants wrote about 'the law' could not mean what it said. Therefore you have clung to the law—and your righteousness—for fear of being deceived and lost, instead of being comforted and entering the peace of resting in My finished work.

"Come, let go of your fear. Trust Me that I will protect you and not let you fall. Look again at My words. Ask Me for the faith to take Me at My word—to let My words mean what they say."

"Because I Overcame..."

"My children, why are you afraid of the end times? Who has made you afraid of the days to come? Didn't I promise to be with you unto the end? Or has someone told you that I would cease to intercede for you and you would have to stand in your own righteousness?

"You have been striving to defend your church and your beliefs, and yet you do not realize it has been your church and beliefs that have been wounding you and filling you with fear of the end times. You have been taught to prepare to run in the coming days, to prepare to flee persecution and dread suffering. But yet you have been told that your salvation depends on clinging to your church's unique beliefs. Because you have not known that I have already saved you (that salvation depended on Me instead of on you), you have not known My peace and strength that will sustain you through all tribulation. Because your faith has been in your unique beliefs, you have not known the rest that comes from having faith in Me alone.

"My children are safe in My hands, and no one can snatch them out. They will overcome the dragon because I have overcome the world for them. They are spotless and blameless because I covered them in My righteousness—the righteousness of the spotless and blameless Lamb. My children are not afraid because they know I will be with them always and will never leave nor forsake them. My children do not fear death because they know that their souls are safe in Me, and that nothing—not even death—will separate them from me. My children know that their suffering and death only brings them closer to Me.

"My children see that I have overcome the world, and that they also have overcome by faith in Me. Because their faith is in what I have done for them on the Cross, they are not worried about marks on their hands—for they can only see the marks on My hands and their names engraved there."

"Not Disappointed"

"My beloved child,

"I never expected you to keep the whole Law! I never expected perfection from you. I knew it was beyond you. That's why I was perfect for you! All I want from you is just for you to rest here in My arms.

"I know your beginning from your end, and I am not disappointed in you! You have not let me down! I want you to know that the gospel is not about your faithfulness. The gospel is the good news that I am faithful! I have been faithful for you because I knew you could not!

"Come, rest in Me. I will take care of you. Trust Me, I will not let you down."

"My Sins"

"I have counted all of your sins. I have numbered and recorded them. And every single one I see on the Cross, covered by the blood of Jesus. Every single sin you have ever committed and will ever commit has been put away on the Cross. I will never, ever count these sins against you; Heaven keeps no record of them to use against you.

"Your sins have been left on the Cross. Therefore do not fear! I will not judge you according to your works, but according to the work Jesus has accomplished fully in your place. I have given your punishment to Him and to no other, and I have given His righteousness to you."
